These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Xena Company, including the game, website, and related online services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use Xena Company only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the rules and requirements of Meta and any other platform or service used to access the game.
2. Player Conduct
You may not use the services to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or intentionally harm other players. You may not attempt to disrupt servers, abuse bugs or exploits, use unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage, interfere with other players' access to the service, or engage in activity that violates applicable law.
3. Accounts and Online Services
Some features may require a platform account or other account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts under your control. Online features may depend on third-party services and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued.
4. Intellectual Property
Xena Company and its associated game content, branding, artwork, software, audio, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the game or its original content.

If the game or related services allow you to submit content, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights necessary to submit it. You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

We may update, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time. We do not guarantee that the game or every online feature will always be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

We may update these Terms as the game and services change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
